Selection procedure
Once you have applied, we’ll start our
selection process. This involves the following stages:
1. CV selection and shortlisting
2. Online assessment (abstract reasoning,
numerical insight test, personality questionnaire)
3. Competency-based (telephone) interview
4. Business interview
5. Assessment centre (half day)
6. Panel interview in Amsterdam
